By accessing or using Beach Boss ("we," "us," or the "platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Beach Boss provides an online venue for vessel owners and guests to discover listings and arrange bookings. We are not a party to rental agreements between users. Owners are responsible for their vessels, licenses, insurance, and compliance with Bahamian law; guests are responsible for reading listing details and following owner instructions.
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm other users.
Payments may be processed through third-party providers (e.g. card processors). Fees, taxes, and payout timing are described at checkout and in help documentation. Individual listings may include their own cancellation terms; see also our Cancellation Policy.
You may not misuse the platform, attempt to circumvent payments, harass users, post fraudulent listings, or break applicable laws. We may remove content and cooperate with authorities when required.
The platform is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beach Boss is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or trips arranged through it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes may be communicated by email or a notice on the site.
