Each vessel listing displays the owner's cancellation terms (for example, free cancellation until a certain number of days before the trip, or a custom refund schedule). When you book, those terms apply to your reservation. Always review them on the listing before paying.
Beach Boss facilitates payments and communication between guests and owners according to the booking record and the listing's stated policy. Refund eligibility and timing depend on that policy and the status of the booking (e.g. whether the trip has started).
For safety-related cancellations (severe weather, mechanical issues, or instructions from local authorities), owners and guests should communicate promptly through the platform. Resolution may follow the listing policy and good-faith coordination; contact support if you cannot reach an agreement.
If there is a disagreement about whether a cancellation or refund is appropriate, contact team@beachboss.com with your booking reference. We will review the booking details and policies on file.
